Pepper Pepperoni Pizzas

The children were awaiting their frozen cauliflower crust pizzas, and my mouth was watering for a bite.  However,  I'm really putting forth new efforts to be dairy free and low carb/Keto. This was a tasty,  easy lunch. I like easy meals.

Ingredients
1 Green Pepper,  cut in 1.5x1.5in squares.
1 Roma Tomato,  sliced
Daiya Dairy Free Mozzarella
Italian Seasoning
10-12 Pepperoni Slices, thick cut

Layer and warm in microwave for 90 sec.
