Fried Rice, keto


Serves 4-6

6 Eggs, scrambled

1 can Spam, cubed (or ham, or chicken)

2 C Cauliflower Rice

1/2 C green onion

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tsp Chinese Five spice

salt&pepper


1. Scramble eggs,  Set aside. 

2. Fry cauliflower rice and spam. opt use butter or oil to fry. 

3. Add in eggs, onions and seasoning.  Warm. 

4. Serve hot with a sprinkling of soy sauce.
