Granny's Red Cabbage

I found this great recipe in my Paleo Diet book, Practical Paleo, while on an anti-inflammatory diet. It is delicious. I paired it with Ground Turkey seasoned with sage, rosemary and salt. Mixed together or serve as a side, your taste buds will thank you. My children have an aversion to red onions, but because they couldn't see them, they ate them!
 
Sautee together in coconut oil the red cabbage (half, sliced), granny smith apple (one, sliced thin), red onion (1/4-1/2 onion, sliced thin), and about a Tbsp of dried Rosemary and a tsp of Himalayan pink sea salt.
